Our engineering team reviews your SCADA architecture, confirms data source compatibility, and establishes integration connections. Standard configurations take two to five days.

Wk 1–2 Baseline

ScadaLogs AI begins reading your operational data and building a baseline model what normal looks like, your typical alarm patterns, and which equipment signals are available for condition monitoring.

Wk 2–4 Calibrate

The models calibrate to your facility. Alarm groupings are validated by your operations team. Predictive thresholds are set from your equipment specs and historical maintenance records.

Wk 4–5 Onboard

Your team is trained on the ScadaLogs AI interface what each alert means, how to act on a maintenance directive, and how to use the decision support HMI alongside their existing SCADA screens.

Wk 5+ Live

ScadaLogs AI is running live. Alarm rationalization, predictive maintenance, and process optimisation are all active. The models continue to learn and improve over time.

Cloud-Hosted

Operates in a secure cloud environment with encrypted data transmission from your facility. Suitable for utilities with standard connectivity and no data residency restrictions.

On-Premise

For utilities in air-gapped environments or with strict data residency requirements, the Enterprise plan includes a fully on-premise deployment option.

Hybrid

Core intelligence runs on-premise at each facility; centralised dashboards and cross-facility reporting sync to a secure cloud environment. Common for multi-site utility authorities.
